I feel you, Baby
November 20, 2007 at 9:15 pm | In Expectant | 3 CommentsLast night as I was laying in bed waiting for sleep I felt the baby moving. Seriously! A lump just a little bigger than my palm, right below my belly button moving just a little. When I put my hand over the place the bump moved a little more. I asked Darren to look and he just said, “Well, leave the little thing alone, would you?” Oh happy day! Er, night.
Did anyone experience feeling the baby this early? I didn’t think it was possible.

OMW!! That is the best feeling:) I felt Lani around 14 weeks. The doc said that after the first, you always feel the baby earlier!!

I had the same experience as you and Wendy. After the first baby, I was more “tuned in”, I guess, to what a baby moving felt like, so I noticed it even when the movement wasn’t much more than a little flutter.
Very exciting times, and a good sign.

I felt J around 13-14 weeks. It seemed “early” for the reasons that your mom and Wendy pointed out, since he was my first. Fathers can be so cute- my husband had pretty much the same reaction as Darren. I’m SO excited for you!!!
